    The Company processes the personal data provided by the Data Subjects in order to ensure the use of the products and services offered on the Websites, to send notifications and updates regarding the products and services to the Data Subjects, to evaluate the messages sent through the Websites, to satisfy the requests for information, to ensure the creation, processing and finalization of the complaints, to provide after-sales services, to satisfy the requests for information regarding the Company’s products and services, to send notifications and updates regarding the products and services of interest to the Data Subjects, to send information about the Company’s products and services to the contact addresses provided by the Data Subjects, to carry out commercial activities, including the provision of after-sales services, to define and implement our Company’s strategies, to ensure the legal, technical and commercial security of our Company and of the persons who have a business relationship with our Company, and to provide the Data Subjects with the necessary information in this regard and to fulfill the obligations arising from the nature of these activities.The Company also processes the said personal data in order to improve the services it provides, to provide the necessary information to the Data Subject in this context and to fulfill the obligations arising from the nature of the services it provides.The said personal information is used to contact the Data Subject or to improve the Data Subject’s experience on the Website (such as improving existing services, creating new services and providing personalized services), as part of the Company’s reporting and business development activities, as well as for various statistical evaluations, database creation and market research, without revealing the identity of the Data Subject.
  2. The Parties to whom Your Personal Data is Transferred and the Purpose of Transfer
    In accordance with the purposes of the processing of your personal data, they may be communicated to our business partners, to our Group companies, to our suppliers, to legally authorized public bodies and to private individuals, within the limits of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in articles 8 and 9 of the LPPD.

  • it is mandatory to process data for securing, exercising or protecting a right;

  • is mandatory for the protection of the life or physical integrity of a person who is physically incapable of giving consent or whose consent is legally invalid, or of another person; and
  • it is expressly required by the law.
  1. Method of and Legal Grounds for Collection of Your Personal Data

In the context of your visit to our Website, your personal data will be collected by means of cookies, which are technical communication files, in accordance with the data processing conditions established by the Law.

  1. The Data Subject’s Rights Under Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data
    By making a request to the Company, the Data Subject is entitled to:
  • know whether or not their personal data is processed;
  • request information on the procedure, if their personal data has been processed;
  • know the purposes for which the personal data will be processed and whether or not the data will be used in accordance with those purposes;
  • obtain information about third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad;
  • request the correction of personal data that may have been processed incompletely or inaccurately;
  • request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in the applicable legislation;
  • request that the correction, deletion and destruction procedures carried out in accordance with applicable legislation are notified to the third persons to whom personal data is transferred;
  • object to the emergence of an outcome which is to the detriment of the Data Subject as a result of the analysis of the data processed, exclusively through automated systems; and

When you, as a Data Subject, submit your requests regarding your rights to the Company using the methods set forth below, the Company will process the request as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days, depending on the nature of the request. The response will not be charged for up to ten pages. A transaction fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be charged for each page above ten pages. If the response to a request is sent in a recording media such as CD or flash memory, the fee the Company may request shall not exceed the cost of such recording media.

In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 13 of Law No. 6698 and Communiqué No. 30356 of 10.03.2018 on the Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller, you may submit your request regarding the exercise of your aforementioned rights in Turkish and in written form, or by using the registered electronic mail (REM) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the e-mail address previously notified to the Company and registered in our system. The Company reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.
You must include the following in your application and attach relevant information and documentation, as appropriate:

  1. your first name, last name, and signature if you are submitting a written application;
  2. your Turkish ID number if you are a Turkish citizen, and your nationality, passport number or ID number if you are a foreigner;
  3. your home or work address for notification;
  4. your e-mail address, phone number, and fax number for notification, if you have one; and
  5. the subject of your request.

You can send your requests that you want to make in writing, enclosing the necessary documents, to the address of our Company, as the data controller, at Vadistanbul Bulvar, Ayazağa Mah. The information and documents required by the nature of your request must be provided to us in a complete and accurate manner. In case the required information and documents are not duly provided, disruptions might occur in the conduction in a complete and qualified manner of the investigations to be conducted by our Company regarding your request. In this case, the Company declares that it reserves its legal rights. For this reason, your application must be sent in complete and in a way to contain the information and documents required depending upon the nature of your request.

  1. Retention Period of Personal Data

The Company will store the personal data provided by the Data Subject, for the period required by the aforementioned processing purposes. In addition to this, in case of any disputes that may arise between the Company and the Data Subject, the Company may keep personal data, limited to the purpose of making the necessary defense within the context of the dispute, and for periods of limitation as set out pursuant to the relevant legislation.
